MD: NAPSTER REPRIEVE

NAPSTER HAS BEEN REPRIEVED FOR NOW, PENDING APPEAL.!!!

What I don't understand is how Napster can afford to take this to court??  The
site doesn't have advertising and I don't see them making an income from it.
But I must be missing something.
