Denied.
The original MS-701 had problems. Those were dealt with by the time the
MS-702mk showed up in the US. That said, a friend of mine has a 701, and
it has worked fine for years. When he upgraded to the 722, he gave the 701
to another friend, and it still works fine. My 702 works fine; my 722
works fine.
All that said, *ANY* MD player can generate UTOC errors, not just Sharp.
