Ummmm i may be one of the few, but since there is some bashing/negative
comments about minidisco going on here i'll put in some positive. granted
i've always had them ship to the billing address, but i've always been super
happy with thier service. Every order is here within a day or two, normally
faster than they say it will. and in perfect shape. I've only had to order
one thing through the garage sale thing and i called a person answered
promptly and i got great service. also whenever i e-mail them with a
question it takes them about a day to two for them to reply which i think is
really pretty good. as for ups i believe they are different wherever you
go. i have a great ups driver that delivers to me. never had a problem
with them. and they have almost always given me great service. I'm sorry
to hear of your bad experience with minidisco, all i can say is you might
wanna contact thier customer support via e-mail so they can at least address
these problems that you talk about so they dont happen in the future. if
you dont do that then the service that you got might get repeated to someone
else, and i'd hate to see yet another md mail order company go away.
