Not across the digital audio link.  Some units have ports for a second cable
that can transfer that information, but generally you'll need to reenter the
titles.

Most Sharp portable recorders have a feature called Name Stamp, whereby if
two recordable discs have the same number of tracks, the unit will hold all
the titles of one disc in memory while you insert the other disc, and it will
copy them all to the second disc.  Unlike a TOC cloning, it doesn't copy the
rest of the TOC information (such as sector addresses and SCMS and mode
bits), only the disc name and the track titles.
