Hi MD list
My Sony MZ-R55 has started playing from only one channel at a time, through
both the line out and the headphone jack on the remote control. Sony doesn't
seem interested in fixing this problem. Who can I send it to to be repaired?
Incidentally, when I pull the jack about 1/6 of the way out of the flush
position I hear sound in two channels but am not sure of a way to test to see
if it is a stereo signal. Any suggestions?
