Correction: the law says "profit", not "fee". "Profit" is *any* tangible
gain, not just monetary. Trading MDs is no different from anime fandom
trading fansubs. Copyright law is very clear on this sort of thing, and it
is very *not* legal. If you did not pay for it then you do not own it and
you are not entitled to posess a copy of it.
That is what Berne states.
