Hello fellow MiniDisc users,
I am about to buy a Sony MZ-R900, to replace my MZ-R90 that I am
selling today.
I think it has not reached Spain yet, but AVLand in UK has it at
230 pounds, which seems a good price. They do not seem to ship out of
the UK, (I have just mailed them, in case they do); thus my first
question is if you know any other shop in Europe already carrying the
unit (not import). Or, in case there is no other with this price-tag,
if there is any soul in the UK willing to order it for me, and then
ship it to Spain.
Also, like the MZ-R700 in the US, the MZ-R900 UK Model appears to
have G-PROTECTION JOG PROOF. Initially, I thought it was an error of
AVLand quoting a MZ-R700's feature as MZ-R900's. Nonetheless, on this
picture http://www.avland.co.uk/sony/mzr900/box.jpg you can see it
labeled on the box. Does anyone know if this is indeed an added
feature on the European model? Or is it only a name change for the
anti-shock buffer?
