I noticed your message was from a UK account / via a UK ISP, so thought I'd
mention a couple of things, which you may well be well aware of anyway.

Check the legal situation WRT recording telephone conversations, and also
consider that there's at least a possibility of Data Protection Act
implications in keeping recordings.

I have no useful information to contribute regarding the connections
required for such a practice ;-)
