Hi. I just got my Sharp 831, and although I'm oextremely impressed overall,
the level out of the headphone jack seems too low for using it as a
lineout, even with the volume at 30/30. What should I do to correct this?
I was thinking of running it into my soundcard with the input level higher
than 50%, then running the lineout from the card to my stereo. This seems
good in theory, but I get a lot of background crap from my cheapo
Soundblaster card added in.
Do you know if I can get some sort of buffer preamp or something to put
between the 831 and the stereo?
