The rechargable battery I think is the best feature of the r900 that the
r700, r500 have not got.
With up to 26 hours with just the rechargeable battery (in LP4?) and 21
hours in normal stereo mode (obviously you have to take the stated figures a
bit tongue in cheek), although I used my r900 on just the gumstick for
almost 2 weeks of using it anywhere from 1 to 2 hours so if u average that
at 1 1/2 hrs for almost 14 days, that nearly meets the stated battery life.
Also I think it looks nicer than the other r x00s
