The best instructions on how to adjust the pots is available at Derek
Streeter's website http://www.sketchy.net/md/elektor.html
You should only need to adjust the pots if you are using the co-ax
connections. If you are only using the toslink connectors then there is no
need for any adjustments.
The LEDs tell you what the frequency of the input signal is. The first LED
that lights tells you there is no signal, and then it goes up 32kHz,
44.1kHz, and 48kHz.
