I'm assuming you have a windows pc. if you have two sound cards, you can
have different applications use different cards, thus keeping the websites'
noise separate from the streaming you're doing. the streaming app should
have a setting for which soundcard to use.

it shouldn't matter what brand/model the two soundcards are. windows will
keep things separate.
