I've had my md player for over 18 months now and its been playing quite well. However over the past month or so, its been acting up a bit. Its started getting a lot of read errors and not being able to detect some discs or getting TOC errors. Also sometimes when its playing, it'll just skip for no reason. I would be sitting down, would not have touched the md at all, and the music would stop all of a sudden for no reason. Sometimes it will start again after 3 seconds by itself, but sometimes it will not restart playing even if i press stop and try to start it again. To try to get it playing again i'd have to eject the disc and reinsert it, sometimes getting a Read Error. Does anyone know what could be the problem and if theres anything i can or should do?
