If you play your audio through Winamp there are plugins that insert pauses
for devices that do auto track marks like MD. If you go to Winamp's plugin
center search for the text "minidisc".
Even if you're playing CD audio, you can use Winamp and that plugin to
automatically insert a few seconds worth of a pause between tracks. Good
stuff.
