Well, the TORX series of Toslink modules outputs ttl from optical
transmission, which all you need to do is find a good ttl to coax schematic
(http://www.epanorama.net/documents/audio/spdif.html has loadsa digi audio
info, as well as schematics). To be safe though, buffer the TTL signal
through 2 gates on a 74HCU04 (hex inverter, if its through two gates its
inverted back to the original anyway)
