IF there was any information recorded on the minidisc, it can be
recovered with the TOC cloning procedures that work on some recorders.
I have a Sony recorder that I have been able to recover a few recordings
that had someone had removed the batteries from the recorder before it
was done writing the TOC.
The procedure I used is on the MD comunity web site
http://www.minidisc.org David Tamkin came up with the procedure that I
used, and it worked very well.
