Dont take this the wrong way but anymore with the implimentation of
burnproof (and whatever else they want to call it) you pretty much need to
turn your computer off to create a coaster anymore.  Heck i do stuff like
this on a daily basis on my 2k machine.  The only real difference is i have
a nice Fast card in it for capturing video.  My HD req's are probably a
little higher end than what you would probably need currently.
