You can buy them directly from Sennheiser. If you have a Cambridge Soundworks store near you, they have them, too. Plenty of online stores (like www.headphone.com) also carry them. Yes, they have good bass and highs. The best value in earbuds, IMO, unless you get the Etymotics ($250 and a better value, they're so good :) ). The Sony 888s are very good, and have better detail/highs, but they don't have very good bass (I think the MX-500s are just more balanced).
