Hi, Outlook users yang "kurang gaul" terkadang mengaktifkan "recall message" dengan maksud untuk menarik kembali mail yang sudah pernah dia kirimkan. Recall message itu tidak akan berjalan sesuai harapan kalau :
1. Recipient tidak menggunakan Exchange server di domain yang sama. 2. Recipient tidak menggunakan office outlook. 3. Recipient melakukan message filtering untuk memindahkan message ke folder lain (dari Inbox). 4. Message belum di "flag read" atau didelete. Karena prasyarat itu tidak mencakup untuk Internet Mail seperti MDaemon, maka user kita yang pakai outlook tanpa mengaktifkan mail filtering tetap akan meresponse recall message tersebut dengan "recall failure" Agar user Anda tidak perlu terima recall message macam itu buat content filter rule sbb: Rule Name: Recall Message request detection Conditions: If Subject Header contains Matches Regular Expression ^recall:$ Actions01: Send note To: $HEADER:RETURN-PATH$ From: postmaster@$RECIPIENTDOMAIN$ Subject: Request of recall message detected ---- isi body text --- Dear $SENDER$, Your message To: $RECIPIENT$ Dated: $DATESTAMP$ Article-ID: $MESSAGEID$ contains a request of recall message.
