Dear Pak Syafril Beberapa client kami ada yg mengakses email dari rumah. Ketika dia menarik email ke pc nya, beberapa saat kemudian koneksi internet nya down, sehingga email yg di tarik menjadi terhenti. Ketika internet nya up kembali dia mencoba utk menarik email lg maka terjadi -ERR maildrop already locked, dan untuk mengatasi hal tsb kita harus menunggu kurang lebih 10 menit untuk bisa mengpop email kembali. Biasanya bila sy berada di kantor & untuk mempersingkat waktu tunggu 10 menit tsb sy mendelet lock file user tsb di folder \\mdaemon\lockfiles. Pertanyaan sy ada kah konfigusari di mail server MDaemon untuk mempersingkat waktu tunggu tsb menjadi kurang dr 10 menit, terima kasih atas pencerahan nya. Rgds, Heru
