Koneksi dari server Anda ke receiver yg lambat plus receiver run behind firewall. Kirim mail ke server yg dibelakang firewall memang rada repot, apalagi jika server kitapun run dibelakang firewall maka probabilitas delivery time outnya besar. Coba di test apakah kalau kirim mail dg size kecil bisa? Jika tidak bisa, maka di relay lewat smarthost (ISP's smtp server) saat kirim ke domain tsb.
