Kalau master server mau pakai content filter juga boleh saja, agar fleksibilitasnya lebih tinggi misalkan saja bisa di set kalau kirimnya ke mailing list tidak perlu append disclaimer. rule name : disclaimer exception conditions : if X-Rcpt-To address contains *[email protected], googlegroups.com ..... actions : skip 1 rule. Yg terbaik sebenarnya setiap orang punya 2 email address: 1 untuk urusan kantor (base on job-id nama accountnya) dan yg lain private account. Hanya mail yg berasal dari job account yg diaktifkan company signature. Buat group of user agar memudahkan pembuatan CF rule.
