untuk subscribe di milist bisa tidak prosesnya user mengirim email
subcribe langsung ke server tetapi proses approvalnya tetap ada di admin
email atau moderator milist, tanpa approval tsb maka user tidak bisa
menjadi anggota milist.
yang sdh saya coba saat ini bila proses subscribe milist diaktifkan user
bisa mengirimkan email subcribe ke server tetapi tidak bisa di filter
dulu oleh admin email.
