Seharusnya khan email sudah sukses terkirim dan tidak tinggal di Queue
Remote lagi..
tapi ini masih saja tinggal di Queue Remote dan melakukan pengiriman
terus
menerus sampai recipient-nya complain baru sy tahu ada email yg nyantol
di
Queue Remote.
Pertanyaannya:
1. Mengapa bs terjadi hal demikian?
Harus dianalisis dulu sumber masalahnya, tidak bisa asal tebak.
Sudah diperiksa ke smtp-in log bahwa MDaemon memang cuma terima 1
message saja dari original sender?

Hanya ada 1log dari tgl 27 Agustus s/d 03 September 2010 yg dari
[email protected] ke [email protected] dg message size: 2566636

3. saat akan sy hapus dari Queue Remote, yg sy lakukan adalah melakukan
FREEZE Queue Remote baru sy hapus email di queue remote --> berhasil tapi
file pd50000090092.msg sy lihat dari explorer masih ada di folder
d:\mdaemon\queues\remote.
Sy coba hapus manual dr explorer tidak bisa dg alasan file masih dipakai
oleh yg lain.
Apakah prosedurnya memang harus Stop MDaemon dulu lalu harus hapus file
tsb.
dari explorer?
Umumnya Freeze queue sudah cukup, walau stop MDaemon service lebih baik.
Kalau ada error bahwa file di lock mungkin ada aplikasi lain yg locking
misalkan antivirus for file (?)
Antivirus yg sy gunakan adalah Kaspersky (yg direkomendasikan oleh MDaemon)
yg lain tak pakai..
Ada berapa message di remote queue yg berasal dari sender yg sama dan
ditujukan ke recipient yg sama serta isinya sama?
1 email saja dg. subject yg sama dan recipient yg sama serta isi yg sama.
Hal ini dibuktikan dg. adanya hanya ditemukan 1 SMTP(in) log saja.
