Dear Pak Syafril dan rekan milist,
Pak, hari ini kami terima bounce back message dari salah satu customer
sehingga email yang kami kirim tidak dapat diterima. Saya sudah cek
blacklist dan IP kami tidak bermasalah, cek virus juga bersih,
konfirmasi ke ISP juga tidak ada masalah dgn mail server kami, dan
kemudian coba mengikuti saran yg ada dalam email bounce back yaitu
mengirim log ke [email protected], tapi tidak ada respond.
Coba tanyakan ke pihak microsoft juga kata mereka tidak ada pemblokiran
untuk IP email server. Jadi bingung troubleshootnya, apakah ada masalah
dengan mdaemon kita?. Mohon bantuannya, terima kasih.
