Itu artinya problem ada di antivirus (securityplus).
Di versi sebelum 11.x memang cfengine.exe juga handle antivirus makanya
tugasnya jadi berat, sehingga di MD 11.x job itu dipisah.
Kalau cfengine tidak jalan, maka mail tidak bisa diproses, akan stuck di
queue.
Crash itu akibat application conflict, harus dicari tahu dulu sih
persisnya conflict dengan apa akan tetapi yang umum terjadi conflict dg
sesama anti virus atau anti spyware/malware.
