Rules 1 : IT Policies Apply this rule to messages in the LOCAL & REMOTE queue If the SENDER is a member of GROUP 'IT' and If the RECIPIENT is a member of GROUP 'IT' and If the MESSAGE BODY has attachments ...then skip next n rules: "2" RULES 2 : Message Size Limit For General 4 MB Apply this rule to messages in the LOCAL & REMOTE queue If the SENDER is a member of GROUP 'General' and If the RECIPIENT is a member of GROUP 'General' and If the MESSAGE SIZE is greater than '5120K' ...then send note 1 "to <$SENDER$>","from <[email protected]>","subject <MDaem... and delete this message Rules 3 : Message Size Limit For VIP 8 MB Apply this rule to messages in the LOCAL & REMOTE queue If the SENDER is a member of GROUP 'VIP' and If the RECIPIENT is a member of GROUP 'VIP' and If the MESSAGE SIZE is greater than '9216K' and If the MESSAGE BODY has attachments ...then send note 1 "to <&SENDER&>","from <[email protected]>","subject <MDaem... and delete this message Rules tersebut sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan dengan policy yang di tentukan & berjalan dengan benar. Tetapi hari ini tiba-tiba semua user yang berada pada group general dapat mengirim email sebesar lebih 4MB yang di tentukan dari rules 2 diatas. Bagaimana & kenapa dapat terjadi hal seperti ini ya pak ? Apakah rules diatas semua salah ? tetapi jika salah, selama ini rules tersebut berfungsi dengan benar pak seperti yang saya inginkan. Yaitu untuk user dalam group general hanya dapat mengirim email sebesar 4 MB, dan user dalam group VIP 8 MB serta untuk group IT loss pak.
