Ada beberapa kasus user minta direcovery email lama yang sudah ada dalam arsip backup (perminggu). Untuk merecovery email tersebut kami harus mengembalikan file email (*.msg) ke folder user (nama user) dalam mailbox mdaemon dan menarik emailnya kembali dalam outlook. Dalam proses recovery ini harus dilakukan rename file email mdaemon karena memiliki nama file yang sama (pd50000000001.msg) karena akan digabung dalam folder user pada mailbox mdaemon. Apakah ada tools atau cara lain untuk melakukan convert dari format file email Mdaemon (*.msg) ke dalam format file outlook (*.pst) tanpa harus merename file email mdaemon, mengembalikannya ke folder user dalam mailbox mdaemon dan menariknya kembali dalam outlook.
