OK terima kasih pak, saya coba pelajari utility ini > Kalau satu saja user yang begitu ya wajar saja, tetapi Anda bilang "Ada > beberapa kasus user minta direcovery email...", mesti ada sesuatu trjadi > sehingga permintaannya bersamaan. Biasanya dalam beberapa kasus user minta direcovery karena mereka ingin melihat email lama saja. Sampai saat ini mail server masih bekerja dengan baik tidak ada mailbox yang rusak.
