Sendernya pakai office outlook sementara recipientnya pakai outlook
express atau email client lain diluar office outlook, mozilla
thunderbird dan windows mail?

Recipient-nya pake outlook express atau windows mail atau windows live
mail.
Minta ke sender yang pakai office outlook untuk mengubah setting format
di email clientnya dari RTF (Rich Text Format) aka TNEF menjadi HTML
atau Plain-Text.

Baru saja saya check di sisi sender ([email protected] : Office Outlook) :
- Compose and send mail formatnya bukan Rich Text tetapi HTML
- Saya coba ubah menjadi Plaint Text
- Kemudian saya coba send mail + attachment ke recipient berikut :
a. [email protected] : Windows Live Mail
b. [email protected] : Windows Mail
- Hasilnya :
a. [email protected] : terima message + attachment
b. [email protected] : attachment hilang
Apa perlu direstart dulu Office Outlooknya setelah formatnya diubah
ke Plaint Text ?
