Kok Anda sendiri bisa? Pakai browser (versinya sekalian) apa dan themes apa? Sudah dicoba pakai themes Standard atau Simple untuk user yang bermasalah? Yang "bermasalah" pakai mozillan versi berapa dan chrome versi berapa? Mestinya tidak ada masalah dengan Firefox dan Chrome asalkan Java RTE sudah terinstall. Mail ini digenerate menggunakan worldclient, browser Firfox 3.6.23 dengan themes LookOut. -- syafril ------- Syafril Hermansyah Dikomputer saya, cuma Cuma google chrome yang bermasalah, saya pakai google chrome versi 14.0.835.202 m, sedangkan IE dan Mozilla saya tidak bermasalah, nah di user sebagian besar menggunakan mozilla 3.6.xx dan sebagian besar bermasalah, themes yang dipakai LookOut, kalau pakai themes standar sepertinya jalan, cuma user lebih senang menggunakan themes lookout. jadi kemungkinan java nya yang tidak kompatible yah, saya coba install java terbaru dulu.
