Tetapi barusan saya check http://barracudacentral.org/lookups/ip-reputation The ip address 202.129.186.22 is not currently listed as "poor" on the Barracuda Reputation System. Jadi kemungkinan receiver melakukan cache data yang obsolete (buruk sekali).
