di artikel itu assumsinya Anda tidak (perlu) ganti/mengubah apapun di
setting MDaemon saat ini, kecuali mungkin di delivery yang tadinya
always relay melalui smtps.cbn.net.id menjadi fallback relay (try direct
delivery first, if problem send to smarthost).
Kelihatannya Anda masih rancu soal nama host dengan smtp service
sehingga gonta-gonti tanya soal webmail.pttdp.com, pttdp.com dan
smtp.pttdp.com dll.
Hostname itu nama host atau FQDN host di mailserver

kalau smtp itu nama mail service.

smtp service berlaku global, untuk incoming dan outgoing mail.
untuk incoming persyaratannya perlu MX record dan A record saja

sementara untuk outgoing perlu A record dan PTR record.

smtp server bisa saja bertindak sekaligus sebagai incoming mail dan
outgoing mail, untuk itu perlu A record, MX record dan PTR record.
Semua yang dibicarakan diatas itu soal terima/kirim mail dari internet,
bukan soal koneksi dari client (user) ke MDaemon.
Untuk koneksi dari client (email client atau webmail) ke MDaemon yang
diperlukan cuma A record atau CNAME record saja.
Dengan demikian istilah
smtp.domain.tld/pop.domain.tld/webmail.domain.tld sebenarnya optional,
boleh dibuat (untuk kemudahan pembedaan nama atau pemisahan host) boleh
tidak (kalau semua mail service : smtp, msa, pop3,imap dan webmail jadi
running di single MDaemon).
Coba dibaca lagi pelan-2x dan dicerna sebelum bertanya lebih jauh dan
gonta-ganti nama host yang bikin bingung orang :-)
Ya Pak sy masih agak bingung, sy akan coba pelajari dulu. memang susah
diskusi melalui email. Dulu waktu workshop tidak terpikir utk tanya ini.
Saya tadi sudah dibuatkan PTR oleh Biznet dengan hasil
*187.88.102.117.in-addr.arpa PTR webmail.pttdp.com
*dan saya coba ubah setting smtp di MD jadi webmail.pttdp.com dan saya
coba kirim ke client yg dulu mereject, dan hasilnya sudah tidak direject.
Mungkin sudah beres masalahnya.
