Ini karena sender [email protected] kirim mailnya melalui server lain, bukan lewat mail.imprima.co.id. Ajarkan ke user [email protected] agar isian account profile di email clientnya incoming mail server: mail.imprima.co.id outgoing mail server: mail.imprima.co.id di port 587. dengan perkataan lain, dimanapun user sedang berada, pakai email client apapun dan devices apapun harus relay melalui server milik sendiri saat kirim mail. BTW.
