First of all, could you please confirm current status of this email service? If the problem still exist. We’d like to inform the action how to fix it. 1. If you (customer) directly pointed DNS configuration on PC to NTT DNS (202.171.1.2 and 202.171.1.18), Could you please do DNS Flush on each PC. You can follow this step: Open Command Prompt on PC --> type "ipconfig /flushdns". 2. If you (customer) have your own DNS server forwarding to NTT DNS. Could you please to flush your DNS server then do step no. 1 on each your internal PC. Moreover if it still problem, please do make sure that your PC has correctly resolved the smtp.ntt.net.id by doing ping to smtp.ntt.net.id (should be resolve to 202.171.1.148). Once again, sorry for any inconvenience might caused you.
