Ya, sudah ok.

File hosts itu prioritasnya lebih tinggi daripada DNS forward/reverse
zone, akan dijadikan acuan jika ada, sekalipun sudah dibuatkan DNS
record di zone DNS.
Kalau hasil resolve sudah ok, mestinya semua LAN user yang login
terlebih dahulu ke Master Domain Controller akan bisa menggunakan
mail.pthidroflex.com.
Di test saja dari client tersebut sbb:
c:\ nslookup mail.pthidroflex.com
hasil yang diharapkan
Name: mail.pthidroflex.com
Address: 10.0.0.7
kalau tidak demikian halnya, kirimkan setting tcp/ip nya kesini
c:\ ipconfig /all
