Itu karena user pakai POP3 dengan leave copy message on server yang
sensitive terhadap perubahan di sisi POP3 server maupun perubahan di PC
client.
Kalau di POP3 server ada perubahan date stamp file *.msg maka status
mail yang sudah pernah didownload berubah menjadi new message (belum
pernah didownload) sehingga di download ulang.
