Betul kata p. Ivan, email 1 dan boleh disetting di lebih dari 1 device tapi
1setting POP di notebook/compi, yg lain setting pake IMAP (jangan POP semua).
dan setting di POP-nya nyalakan Leave message on Server in 'x' day
Artinya pengguna bisa lihat dari gadget mundur 'x' hr ke belakang.

Coba bantu jawab, spt nya user tersebut setting email account POP3 di lebih
dari 1 device. coba dicek deh, kalo sudah kalau di TB delete file parent.Lock
di profile fodler TB
semoga membantu
TB itu Thunderbird, kalau pakai Outlook saya ga tau caranya. di HP boleh
setting email tapi jangan POP3 pakai IMAP
