Sejak adanya pemblokiran public DNS (salah satunya Google) oleh ISP atas
arahan Menkominfo, email server di kantor saya jadi sering bermasalah
misalnya email yang dikirim oleh user sering delay terkirim dan email yang
diterima oleh user juga sering delay bahkan cenderung gagal diterima oleh
server saya.

Setelah saya cek pada log SMTP(In) salah satu email yang gagal diterima itu
banyak yang "Connection closed" seperti log dibawah ini :

Untuk mempersempit pencarian penyebab masalah, rata2 yang gagal itu selalu
email yang dikirim menggunakan smtp gratis dari Telkom yaitu smtp.telkom.net
(untuk sender yang sama pernah dilakukan testing menggunakan smtp gratis
cari CBN dan email sukses diterima server saya).  Untuk contoh log saya
diatas juga ada yang gagal dari hsbc.com.hk.

Saya pernah mendapatkan informasi bahwa smtp.telkom.net jangan dipakai lagi
karena sering bermasalah, apakah benar begitu?

Saya juga melakukan test ping ke smtp.telkom.net dan hsbc.com.hk dan
hasilnya RTO, apakah kalau seperti ini sudah pasti email server tidak bisa
terima email jika sender mengirim email menggunakan smtp2 tersebut?

Sebagai informasi tambahan, saya juga pernah test kirim email ke yahoo dan
google menggunakan smtp.telkom.net dan email bisa diterima dengan sukses.
Apakah ada ide bagaimana melakukan konfigurasi supaya email2 tetap bisa
diterima server sebagaimana halnya server yahoo dan google?

Sebelumnya pernah juga saya tanyakan kenapa saya tidak bisa membalas email
ke sender yang tidak ada MX record (saran dari Pak Syafril dibuatkan MX
record dummy di server) dan menurut user saya sekarang sudah bisa terkirim
emailnya.  Apakah metode ini juga yang dipakai oleh yahoo dan google?
karena kasus tidak bisa kirim email ke domain yang tidak ada MX record ini
jika dikirimkan dengan yahoo dan google bisa sukses terkirim.
