Berhubung Server Mail Unza Vitalis 202.47.75.100 menggunakan MDaemon, maka
Bapak Tri dapat mengatur konfigurasi pengiriman email sebagai berikut,
Server Settings > Delivery > Message Routing > pilih opsi #1 atau opsi #3 >
Default Smart Host > isi smtp.jetcoms.net
Pada bagian Message Routing
opsi #1; Send all outbond email directly to the recipient's mail server;
mail server akan langsung mengirimkan email dari pc pengguna ke Internet
tanpa melalui host lain.
opsi #3; Send all email directly first, and then to smart hosts if there are
problems;
mail server akan langsung mengirimkan email dari pc pengguna ke Internet
namun jika ada masalah akan meneruskannya lewat host yang menjadi relay server
mail.
Kedua pilihan tersebut adalah rekomendasi dari kami. Oleh karena pada opsi
#2; Send all outbond email to a smart host; mail server akan meneruskan email
dari PC pengguna ke mail server ISP baru dikirimkan ke Internet untuk para
penerima. Pilihan tersebut hanya akan mengandalkan server mail ISP yang mana
jika ada masalah pada server ISP maka email tidak bisa dikirim. Sementara,
koneksi Internet pelanggan masih normal, tidak dimanfaatkan untuk pengiriman
email secara langsung.

Jika Bapak masih belum bisa mengirimkan email, Bapak dapat menggunakan
outgoing mail yang lainnya terlebih dahulu selain SMTP Jetcoms yaitu
mail.unzavitalis.com (93.104.210.98).

Untuk saat ini kami cek IP Public 202.47.75.100 masih terblack list di
situs dnsbl.info, yang telah kami monitor ketat selama 24 Jam, untuk saat ini
bapak bisa gunakan server mail pada ns1.daxa.net.
Jika sudah tidak terblack list di dnsbl.info maka kami akan coba lepas IP
Public 202.47.75.100.
Tadi sebelumnya mengatakan bapak sudah ketemu sumber masalah, apakah
sudah ditemukan di internal bapak?.

Kami informasikan mengenai adanya aktifitas spamming mail dari IP Publik
Jetcoms Netindo 202.47.75.100 alokasi Unza Vitalis mengatasnamakan
[email protected]. Berikut kami teruskan email tersebut kepada
Bapak/Ibu untuk dilakukan tindaklanjut agar tidak ada lagi atau setidaknya
diminimalisir kegiatan tersebut.
Untuk saat ini IP Publik tersebut telah terblock otomatis oleh sistem
sehingga aktivitas email tidak bisa dilakukan.
