Dear Pak Syafril,

Beberapa hari yg lalu salah satu account email server saya melakukan spam mail sehingga IP public terkena blocking. Setelah IP public sudah tidak terbloking (saya cek ke dnsbl.info) tetapi masih ada beberapa email yg dikirim ke luar domain kami masuk ke dalam retry queue tetapi tidak email yg lain sukses terkirim ke luar domain. Saya coba pindahkan manual ke remote queue tetap saja tidak bisa dan kembali masuk retry queue.
Terlampir error yg diterima sender.
Mohon bantuan solusinya.

  Berhubung Server Mail Unza Vitalis 202.47.75.100 menggunakan MDaemon, maka 
Bapak Tri dapat mengatur konfigurasi pengiriman email sebagai berikut,

  Server Settings > Delivery > Message Routing > pilih opsi #1 atau opsi #3 > 
Default Smart Host > isi smtp.jetcoms.net

  Pada bagian Message Routing
  opsi #1; Send all outbond email directly to the recipient's mail server; 
  mail server akan langsung mengirimkan email dari pc pengguna ke Internet 
tanpa melalui host lain.
  opsi #3; Send all email directly first, and then to smart hosts if there are 
problems;
  mail server akan langsung mengirimkan email dari pc pengguna ke Internet 
namun jika ada masalah akan meneruskannya lewat host yang menjadi relay server 
mail.

  Kedua pilihan tersebut adalah rekomendasi dari kami. Oleh karena pada opsi 
#2; Send all outbond email to a smart host; mail server akan meneruskan email 
dari PC pengguna ke mail server ISP baru dikirimkan ke Internet untuk para 
penerima. Pilihan tersebut hanya akan mengandalkan server mail ISP yang mana 
jika ada masalah pada server ISP maka email tidak bisa dikirim. Sementara, 
koneksi Internet pelanggan masih normal, tidak dimanfaatkan untuk pengiriman 
email secara langsung.
