Ini server tujuan berupa antivirus/antispam firewall dan servernya sibuk
(overload) sehingga tidak bisa memproses incoming mail lebih jauh.
Mestinya sih MDaemon akan retry to send, dan jika saat itu receiver
tidak lagi sibuk akan terkirim.
