di compi A: dg email internal [email protected] mo berkirim email ke
[email protected] selalu error sbb:

Baik via OE maupun Worldclient --> error sama
Tapi dia tetap bisa terima email dari [email protected]
di compi B: dg email saya [email protected] coba berkirim email ke
[email protected] berhasil. Terima dari [email protected] juga lancar.
di compi C: dg email internal [email protected] coba berkirim email ke
[email protected] berhasil juga.
Sudah sy cek di menu SECURITY - SPAM FILTER - Black List (by sender) tidak
ada pemblokiran email [email protected] ataupun [email protected]
sudah sy cek di Account Manager email tsb masih aktif
sudah sy coba kirim email dr compi A pakai port 587/25 tetap error-nya sama
sudah sy cari di account [email protected] tidak ada alias dg email
[email protected]
sudah sy cek di OE client tidak ada pemblokiran email sama sekali --> meski
tau dak ada hubungannya.
sudah sy coba pake world client menggunakan [email protected] ke
[email protected] tetap error sama
sudah sy coba pake world client dari compi B menggunakan [email protected]
ke [email protected] tetap error sama
Harus cek di mana lagi ya pak??
