Yang menolak itu relayhost (smarthost) domain Anda.
Kelihatannya sih itu salah penjelasan saja, kemungkinan yang dimaksud
adalah "too may connection from your IP...."
Konsultasikan dengan pengelola smarthost (ntt.net.id)
