Kami ada kasus seperti berikut :
Saya mengelola Mail Server Zimbra dengan domain ipp.co.id dan rekan kami di
Sing menggunakan Mail Server Mdaemon dgn domain nuri.com.sg dan habitat.com.sg.
User di kedua domain di Sing ketika mengirim email ke Zimbra ipp.co.id, email
diterima di domain ipp.co.id tapi di sisi pengirim mendapat notifikasi seperti
dibawah :

Analisa saya :
1. Mail Server Tujuan ( nuri.com.sg dan habitat.com.sg) di server yg sama (
203.125.41.58) alias Multi Domain.
2. Mail Servernya menggunakan MDaemon
3. Problem ada di sisi Mdaemon karena ketika user [email protected] mengirim
email ke [email protected], oleh
Mdaemon di reject dengan error : " 5.7.0 Authentication required (in reply to
MAIL FROM command)"
Pertanyaan saya, apakah benar analisa saya tersebut ? karena hanya email2 dari
ke 2 domain di Sing tadi yang mendapat notifikasi dari Zimbra. Bila problem
bukan di Mdaemon, saya bisa fokus mencari problemnya di sisi kami (zimbra).
