Dari hasil log di bawah ini email diputus secara sepihak oleh server
penerima (server Yahoo.Com) krn email (dianggap) terlalu besar utk dikirm
bagi sisi Server Penerima.
Dari analisa kami:
1. email terdiri dari 2attachment files .PDF
2. ada 2 attachment file .PDF 1, 1file kecil & 1file 5.1MB berisi 24pages
SARAN:
1. saat Compose NEW Mail gunakan format PLAIN TEXT (BUKAN Rich Text/HTML)
2. saat scan dokumen coba gunakan resolusi 75dpi spy hasil scan lebih kecil
ukurannya
3. sebaiknya jika attachment banyak dan/atau besar2 size-nya, bagilah
attachment files menjadi beberapa email
Email ini bersifat PEMBERITAHUAN.
Silahkan bu Ronald mengirim ulang email ini dengan mempertimbangkan SARAN
di atas.
