Mereka (end user) tidak tahu karena yang mengatur host/IP yang digunakan
untuk outgoing mail adalah office365 dan pemakaiannya random.

Diluar permintaan agar saat kirim mail ke internet selalu pakai server

karena Anda pakai ISP yang sangat restrict dengan DNS usage.
Yang banyak masalah saat ini adalah user yang pakai ISP yang melakukan
filter terhadap DNS query diluar milik DNS miliknya saja, seperti user
biz.net.id atau lintasarta.net.id, link.net.id, iconpln.net.id (3 ISP
yang terakhir ini sebenarnya bisa meminta ke ISP agar DNS query ke
public DNS tidak di filter jika berasal dari Public IP MDaemon).
Public DNS macam google DNS, quad9, level3, openDNS, cloudfire ditangani
oleh cluster DNS (multi DNS server, Multicast geolocation server) dan
DNS cachenya besar sehingga lebih kecil kemungkinanannya tidak bisa resolve.
Saya sendiri untuk sementara waktu hanya pakai Free public DNS, dan kami
tidak mengalami masalah dengan PTR missmatch ini.
