Dear Pak Shafril, Ada sesi dimana user kami tidak bisa mengirim email dengan error "550 5.5.3 Too many recipients" Saya coba search di milis ini namun tidak pembahasan mengenai topik ini.
Sepengetahuan saya di sisi email server tidak ada pembatasan jumlah recipient, biasanya pembatasan ini di level email client (outlook) dimana biasanya kami fixing di level registry outlook tsb. Berikut log dari smtp-in (ada partial log di pertengahan nya pak, namun saya kurang tahu kenapa ada partial log di tengah sesi ini) terkait issue ini. Jumlah user yang dikirim sekitar 126 users, dan selama ini baru sekali ini menerima error ini, biasanya lancar-lancar saja.
