ISP Anda memblock/filter DNS query ke public DNS 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 Bisa di
test dari DOS shell di server mail.sriboga-smg.co.id.

Hasil yang benar mestinya mirip ini.
$ nslookup -q=mx ffi.co.id 8.8.8.8

Non-authoritative answer:
ffi.co.id mail exchanger = 5 forti.ffi.co.id.
Kalau memang hasilnya tidak seperti itu, maka hapus saja isian DNS resolver
8.8.8.8 dan 8.8.4.4, diganti dengan DNS milik ISP
(gmedia.net.id): 119.2.55.58, 112.78.34.85, 112.78.33.175.
Bisa ditest dulu apakah memang server mail.sriboga-smg.co.id diperkenankan
menggunakan DNS recursion tersebut.

112.78.34.85 c:\ nslookup -q=mx ffi.co.id 1112.78.33.175
kalau hasilnya tidak sesuai dengan contoh diatas, maka tanyakan ke ISP
berapa saja IP DNS yang diperkenankan dipakai.
Ubahan dilakukan di menu DNS resolver.
