Periksa lagi lognya lebih kebawah dengan katakunci pencarian yang sama.
Kalau memang tidak ditemukan, maka periksa local queue dari MDconfig GUI
atau
Queue and Stat Manager, mungkin masih tersangkut disitu.

Sudah di periksa lagi, kosong.
user tersebut bisa kirim keluar tetapi tidak bisa terima
mulai 1 Des dan sebelum nya 30 nov malam masih bisa terima.
