Alasannya tidak disebutkan secara spesifik, tetapi mungkin karena Time
To Live delivery time sudah habis.
Mestinya sih sender host akan retry to send.

Banyak error macam ini akibat DNS resolver lambat response.
Coba diubah urutan DNS resolvernya, 202.162.220.110 diturunkan ke urutan
bawah, dan tambahkan public DNS APJII.
